
About Hannah
Hannah Hong is dedicated to defending and advising employers operating throughout California in all employment-related matters. She defends employers against plaintiffs alleging wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations as well as claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”).
Additionally, Hannah works with employers dealing with investigations conducted by the California Civil Rights Department and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Outside of active litigation, she also assists employers with internal employment investigations, resolving internal personnel disputes, and drafting employee handbooks and policies.
