Partner Mark Spring Quoted in HR Executive Online Article on EEOC Limiting Employers Use of Education as Criteria for Applicants

A recent EEOC discussion letter opines that adopting education requirements for jobs may screen out certain applicants, and that employers should not require a college degree or other educational qualification unless they can expressly show that the degree is job-related.
