Records Retention: What to Keep, How to Keep It
California employers face a myriad of state and federal requirements pertaining to the types documents they must retain and the length of retention. Carlton DiSante & Freudenberger LLP’s HR Roundtable that took place on September 19, 2006, provided an overview of the general retention requirements for California employers.
