Founded in 1994, we have spent the past decade combining the talents and energies of attorneys trained at some of the best law firms and law schools in the nation. We have assembled a team of almost 40 attorneys who represent California employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. By establishing offices in Orange County (Irvine), San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sacramento, we have become one of the few statewide firms exclusively servicing the needs of employers in California. In addition, although we are a mid-sized firm, we have more California-based attorneys exclusively practicing labor and employment law than most of the large multi-national firms in California - without the corresponding overhead.
